What I Ate Wednesday


We are hooking up today with Jenn from Peas and Crayons for what I ate Wednesday.

Breakfast

Hard Boiled Egg and Greek Yogurt. What isn’t shown is the PB2 and cocoa powder which is mixed into the yogurt. This combination, which I found on Advocare Runner’s Blog, is nothing short of genius.

Lunch

Chicken and Cheese Enchilada Soup from Skinny Taste. Tasty, filling and easy to make. Although I think my calories may be more than on the website since I added some extra cheese.

Strawberries and Homemade Chocolate Chip Lara Bars. Recipe from Angela at Oh She Glows. So easy to make and delicious.

Dinner

Asian Lettuce wraps with Sriracha and Hot and Sour Soup. Semi-homemade and a great last meal of the day.
